Our prospects are always needing some kind of support to buy our services.
We have thought about use some tools like Zendesk or maybe some Chat tool, but it is not exactly what we want.
We’ve employees working at home and we need:
My prospect'll access a chat (it has to be puggable). The soft has to find some online staff and call him, the employee will have X seconds (I'll can set it in settings) to click “ok, I’ll answer”, if doesn’t click, the chat has to find someone else (like Uber does)
Once click to answer, it’ll start a chat where our employee will answer the questions of our prospects, until sale (or no)
So I’ll need some stats about everything (general and per employee) because we pay when they sell or reach goals.
If the chat results in a sale, you have to send to our own soft (API) that prospect and our API will return a bill that you’ll show the url.
Prospect side:
A chat, when he/she will put:
Name
Phone or email (the person has to fill at least one of them)
He/She will wait someone connect with him and answer questions.
At the end the prospect can give a note (1 to 5 stars).
Employee side:
Login / logout
A dashboard with his stats:
Number of prospects/chats answered
Average time to answer each question
Number of sales (total)
A line chart with: chats opened and sales with filters: last week, this month, this year and custom start and end date
Average of stars received
A switch button to set: “on/off” in order to not call him when off
They have to receive an alert when there is someone calling on the chat - “Can you answer?” options “Yes” and “No”.
The chat (I thought something like hangouts in gmail or facebook):
I’d like each one could answer more than one at the same time, but I want to choose the limit (see more below on Manager side)
The employee chat side has to have an option (all the time) called “finish sale”. This option has to open a modal asking additional informations about the prospect (you’ll see it on API docs) and finish the sale sending it to our software that will return the URL to the billing
And finally another option that has to have is “finish without sale”. Please, ask a confirm (yes/no) to this option and if he/she clicks “yes” you’ll send to our software (API) just the name, email and phone filled by the prospect

Number of prospects/chats answered (total or filtered by employee)
Number of sales (total or filtered by employee)
A line chart with: chats opened and sales with filters: last week, this month, this year and custom start and end date (total or filtered by employee)
Employees:
Create / remove / update / delete (CRUD)
A link to view the stats of a specific employee with filter options (I’d like a magnifier icon on the table list that opens a modal with the stats)
Stats (with period date filter)
Number of prospects/chats answered
Total time answering that chats
Avg time to answer each question (only the time our employee took to answer)
Num of sales (total)
Avg of stars received
A link to view in a modal too, all unanswered chats
Activate and deactivate (block employee login when deactivated)
Chats:
A list with all chat answers showing (with filters by: date period, employee, result):
Who (staff) answered

Total time
Average time to answer each question

An option to click and open a modal with all chat transcription
Settings:
Number of seconds calling someone until cancel and call another employee
Number of prospects our employee can attend simultaneously

When some prospect starts a chat, the app’ll have to call someone, it has to have a queue (balanced). It can’t be random!
