build a one page website

My "template" is attached. This is supposed to be just a html/css webpage on my attached file. Instructions This is a styleguide for EPEAT. The styleguide should resemble the template you've created for EPEAT, but include any edits suggested by myself and your fellow students in the discussion threads. 1. Create a folder called yourlastname_styleguide, include all your project files in this folder, and submit a zipped folder to Dropbox according to the Syllabus Schedule. Include an images folder and the single webpage. 2. Using either hand-coded HTML and CSS, CSS Designer, or Adobe Dreamweaver CC, create a single webpage with the following topical sections. A navigation system at the top of the page should allow the viewer to “jump” to each section heading and back to the top from the end of each section.
