Write an Android application (Snake Spit) game 2D -- 2

I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. Snake Spit is name. Multiplayer 2D game. Player versus CPU first 10 rounds then against other player. Objective is to make the sanke spit fly to hit the other snake. The more the player hits the sanke . (The player can (increase venom strength, increase venom spit size, add fire to spit,,,etc) ... Snakes have a home called ankingdom where they meat with other players to defend the base. (This base provides (addednlrotection, invisiblity, more troops or snakes, venomnpool against enemy. Fireball spit) . Game should include in appnpurchases (increase fire rate of venom, choose different snake type, invisible for 30 seconds, gold to build base1$,4$,10$,20$,50,100
