A Website to Trade Video Game Related Content

We are looking for a web developer to participate to build an e-commerce type website to trade video game related content like in-game items. Main Functionalities with Basic Details; - Admin section to manage website elements - E-Commerce style user accounts with their balances, perks, trust points etc. - Listing of items on marketplace with search and category capabilities. - Trading with escrow system which paid sum would be on our servers until both side verifies the trade. - Typical crediting mechanics for trading, listing etc. These are just top tier subjects about the general theme of our project, there are more details on these sections and transactions. Such details would be shared only with assigned developer, but we may answer some "big picture" questions. *There is no need for financial aspect implementation like credit cards or bankwire. *We haven't set an exact programming language or framework to build that site, so PHP, ASP.NET or others may be used to build it. *We'll provide some graphical assets for website but as it would be an entertainment web site, we also need a dev. with good designing skills. *If our selected budget seems too low and you think that you'll make wonders with what we wrote here, then reach us anyway with your own offer.
