Web based management system required for a registered charity, which deals in highly confidential information. I am looking for an individual to produce a web based management system for a charitable organisation. The charity works with individuals who have been released from prison and are looking for employment. This project is to be produced in stages, this post / job request relates to the first stage of work, which is to produce a secure web page where a referer is able to register their details and agree to our terms and conditions and privacy policy, etc. Once registered a message is sent to us to approve / reject their registration. If we reject their registration an email is sent to them, given the reasons for the rejection. If we approve the individuals registration details they receive an email confirming their registration and username (which could be just their email address) and password. They then login directly to a secure section of our website to then provide us the details of the person they wish to refer to us and details of the refer and or their organisational details. The details of the refer they send to us are then accessible for us to view, amend, etc when we log into the web based management system. We do not have an existing web based management system, this will also need to be produced. The management system requires various levels of access for example someone who is able to view a record, amend a record, etc. We have a domain name and webspace available. At present the refer sends us details by completing a paper application and emailing this to us, this is then entered into a spreadsheet manually. As the organisation has grown the spreadsheet has become too large and unusable, hence the need for a bespoke management system. Please note I only wish to work with an individual freelancer directly to work on this project i do not wish to receive any communication from any companies or organisations etc seeking work so please do not contact me you will only be wasting both of our times.
