I cannot "padlock" the website completely as there is no cost-effective way of telling the specific vulnerabilities of any system at a given time. The attacker installed some backdoor on your server. The first thing to do is sanitize SQL queries in your server code to avoid further intrusions. Aftewards the backdoor can be removed.
