Simple Website with a form

Rental application website I want to create a fast and very simple website to run on computer and mobile. It should be as follows: Index (First page) Just the company logo and the buttons (Sign in, Sign up) When click on Sign in, the user will enter the email address and the password to access (My account) When click on Sign up, there will be a request to enter First name, Last name, email address, password (8 digit no restrictions) an email confirmation would be great, but not mandatory to access the system Second page Should be a very simple panel, where the user can start a new application or view any other previous application. The application should be like [login to view URL] with small add ons, like attach documents, where the user can add any picture or document needed. After submitting an application, a confirmation number should be generated (random with 8 digits - numbers and letters), then a confirmation sent to the company and to the user. No payments will be processed in this website, all payments are going to be made in person with the printed confirmation page, to allow us to find the right applicant. That's all. After the website is finished, I need help to upload to a server and have it working along with the domain and emails. I need it fast, please only place your bid if you are able to work on it right away. Thanks.
