Simple e commerce, ecommerce website PHP or any, class work

E-Commerce Market Place The project needs to be a simple e-commerce market place where it enables buyers and sellers come together and perform online transactions. This is class project assignment only and for academic purpose to get excellent grades, I am a student. • If you have already developed an application in this domain, I will accept that if they are matching to the posted requirements. If not the same project, but other similar project in the E Commerce domain. • The project needs to be hosted on Yahoo Hosting Small Business. The domain name and hosting, web space, database is already purchase. The login credentials information will be provide to the awarded bidder . • The project is open for any technology use that is able to host on Yahoo Hosting Small Business. However, the prefer technology for this project is PHP and MySQL database. Minimum Functionality • Login of users (buyers and sellers) • Selection of a seller • Selection of an item to buy from a seller • Simulation of buying an item (by using the shopping cart concept) • The shopping cart concept is required, a simple very basic shopping cart concept will be accepted There will two types of users for the E-Commerce 1. Buyers • The buyer can purchase the items that are posted by the sellers • The buyer can look at all the items that are posted by the sellers • The buyer will look at any items from the database that contains the records of the items for selling • The buyer can login into the portal and logout • The Buyer must be able to view previous transaction history and log • More functionality, features, methods is accepted but not hard requirements. Example ( Buyer communication with seller, suggestions to purchase item, discount scheme) 2. Sellers • The sellers can sell their items on the portal • The items will have brief description, price, item image • The items will be stored in the database • The seller can login into the portal and logout • The seller can list an item for selling, so the seller can create an item and store it in the database • The Seller be must be able to view the entire items list that are kept for selling on the portal. • More functionality, features, methods is accepted but not hard requirements. Example ( Seller can communication with other seller, seller know the price of other seller for the same item, suggestions to target particular buyer, discount scheme, bids for the item posted) The project developed by your part might be for other clients. In order to keep the integrity of the clients, I code developed will not be shared. For the integrity of the project, just change the basic design, layout, logo or tag line etc (a very quick change).
