Seeking Freelancer with good UX / graphic design skills

I have a variety of graphic design needs for my homepage. I need someone who understands CLEAN design with a good background using illustrator or Photoshop. See details below. ---------------------- Example task that I need done now? ---------------------- Here's is the initial task I am trying to accomplish... 1. I would like to create a clean wireframe featuring a Chrome Browser. 2. The Chrome Browser would display a search box with some search results underneath it. 3. I would like to bring focus (maybe magnify glass effect) to the speed of which search results are rendered. So it would bring focus to the words such as "Results found in 1ms". <-- This would be magnified on the wireframe. Purpose of Design? This design would be on my homepage to convey how fast our search engine displays results. ---------------------- PREFERRED SKILLS NEEDED? ---------------------- 1. Experience or an ability to create clean wireframe designs.
