Pixel style graphics wanted! Graphic Designs needed!

I am looking for ANY graphic designer who does or can do pixel artwork and design. What kind of style am I looking for? Refer to these games and their style of art/design: Green the Planet (by OBOK AIDEM inc.) Castles in the Sky Game (by Tall Trees) Lumber John (by Ben Hanna) Not descriptive enough? Well, if I had to put it into my own words: "I want the art to be not vintage-retro but rather enough pixel to make it look like a pixel game and enough to create a small 3D effect." Keep in mind, I don't want a large scale '3D effect' just enough shading to give shape to the 2D graphics. I won't be picky about shades of colors, if you see the games I refer to, the artwork isn't super extensive. How much work are you going to have to do? I am listing the things and the amount I need (as well as sizing), just to give you a ballpark on how much work I need done: I am looking for PSD formats readable by Adobe Photoshop CS5 or less and PNG's of each image. I am 100% sure that the images will not be any larger then 960x640 pixels! I am NOT looking for extremely detailed pixel work. Just cute pixel art that looks decent. 6 Character designs: >I will provide you with sketches of each character so that you won't have to think creatively on the creation/concept of them, just design them. 10 Game object designs: >I will provide you with sketches of each character so that you won't have to think creatively on the creation/concept of them, just design them. 10 Button designs: > I do not have sketches, I will ask for your creative input and design on making them. 10 small item designs: >I do not have sketches, I will ask for your creative input and design on making them. 7 background designs: >I do not have sketches, I will ask for your creative input and design on making them. 1 Menu-background design: >I do not have sketches, I will ask for your creative input and design on making them. I won't be too picky on how you create the designs, as long as they're decent! I'm not really looking for a lot of work to be done, just something to create a small-scale project.
