photoshop and illustrator training

I want to get training to use the adobe Photoshop and illustrator training to make and edit pictures to post on my blog.

I have the program but want to hire a person to show me the basics and do a few slide together.

1-1 training

$20-30 / hr to start. Once we see how it works we can adjust price and hrs.

Must speak English, must be very knowledgeable with PS and illustrator and graphics, picture sizes, resolution, for posting online.

I prefer a skilled person who costs more per hour than a person who is trying to get paid more but is an advanced beginner.

I may even use this person to do work after my initial education but this is education / training and doing a few pictures together with a focus on educating me to do it myself and answering graphics questions like how do we decide on picture size, file size, formatting for blog, tw, FB etc. What is a picture fame size.
