Part time or Full Time Bidders Required on Commission basis

we need bidders who will do work with us off site and will help us in creating different profiles on upwork and other bidding portals. Also will provide existing ids to bid on, whatever project will come to us on those particular ids, commission will be provided to you on projects which vary from 10-20%. Payment will be released on the basis of payment received to us. So will recommend to get hourly products for us. All client communication will be handled by us after hiring the project. We have around 50 plus developers but we need only business development managers off site. Thanks
