Improve Client Dashboard for a fun SaaS platform

We need to update the attached mockup design in 3 sections. 1. The “Suppliers, Reports, Activity, Events” section. 2. The Vendor count section and 3. The City, State, US, Global section. We have added rough sketches so that you can see what needs to be updated but feel free to suggest a better design/lay-out. We are looking for creativity, simplicity, ease of use and clean design. The left rail must stay the same.
The totality of this projects includes mockups for 6 different screen shots: 1. Main Dashboard (updated version of the dashboard image) 2. Input for City 3. Reports Drop-down 4. Report Screen (two report screens as examples) 5. Activity screen 6. Events screen. If you win this project, very detailed instructions will be sent to you regarding updating of the mockups. The winning designer MUST use the Invision app during the project.
