Implement PSD design in Wordpress

Hi, I have an existing Wordpress site, based on a custom theme. You can see the site at: [login to view URL] This job is to convert the existing site to a new design. I have the new design completed and the PSD files can be downloaded from: [login to view URL] The scope of work includes: - Create new custom Wordpress theme based on PSD designs - Convert all existing pages and posts to the new design - Convert existing Master Index (24 items) to new design format - Convert all existing Project Scorecards to new format - All comments to be retained - All pages and links to be maintained - All existing URLs to remain unchanged - Link the new email opt-in form to existing Mailchimp account - Master Index table / grid must be implemented in such a manner that I can easily add/edit/remove entries (rows/grid items) in the future, including specifying link for Buy Now button. The Master Index must support upto 200 rows/items. Full documentation on how to do this must be provided as part of the delivery. - All text items on home page and master index page must be easily editable - Project Scorecard must be implemented in html/CSS and full instructions provided on how to create a new instance of this scorecard when a new post is created - All text to be implemented in appropriate H1/H2/H3 header styles and consult with me regarding which text should be in which style. - Setup all styles and classes in Wordpress as per PSD indications, for ordered lists, headings, images, captions, blockquotes, etc. - All text must be text and not image -"%" value circles in master index table and project scorecard must automatically colour according to value specified in html(E.g.,light green 90%+, green above 80%, orange 60-70%, dark red below 60%. This is an indication only. A range of at least 20 shades should be included in the code. ) - Master Index/Grid must sort AND filter exactly as per graphic indications in PSD - Latest Beard Oil Reviews widget must always display latest posts . - All images must be in sharp high resolution and look crystal clear on all display types - Coding must be clean and fast. Page load times must not be adversely effected. Master index / grid must load quickly and 'snappily' as compared to the average page load speed of other similar websites. - The design is provided in 3 formats - mobile, tablet and desktop. Design must be implemented in responsive fashion so that appropriate design is shown for appropriate device screen size. Must be tested on a wide range of common device types. All screen sizes must be covered and all must look as per design. All pages to be implemented exactly as per PSD graphics on the URL above. Scope of work includes unlimited revisions including but not limited to minor adjustments to spacing/sizing/location of all elements on all pages, the colour shades of review circles and replacement of lorem ipsum text with final content.
