Graphic Design Finish

Hello, I am not a graphic designer but I enjoy doing my own designs and I have designed a Business Card, Letterhead and Complimentary slips for a company I work for. You will notice that because I am not really a graphic designer I have used strange methods to achieve the finished design. We have more or less finalised the company's branding theme, colours etc (please see [login to view URL], on desktop). I am hoping to find somebody who can help me finalise the designs and format the illustrator files so they follow the guidelines that a professional graphic designer will follow. For example I may have certain things not layered properly, or the design is not properly aligned with everything. There also may not be a consistency in the colour of a font for example and its stroke colour. Strokes may also be too thick and look good to me on screen but will not look good in reality. I am looking for somebody to help me with the following (most important is 1,2,3): 1. Finalise the logo typeface, I don't think the typeface is perfect. But 95% there I think. I have combined a variety of fonts to come up with this typeface. Once completed export it to all files and design in part 2 below. 2. Help me professionally finish and finalise the Business Card, Complimentary Slip & Letterhead so it is finished professionally and ready for print. All content, logo's, theme files, fonts will be provided. I also need to get the Pantone colours for every colour in design, 3. Particulars: We rent property to companies, and I need to produce a particulars brochure' template, no more than 4x A4 pages. I have attached an image of what this could look like. This is not as complete as the Business Cards, Complimentary Slips etc and will need more work, it was last updated a long time ago. All content, logo's, theme files will be provided. 4. Help with any ideas that may make it look better (but this is not a priority). If you come up with any ideas (design elements, logo, particulars) that we ultimately go with, we will happily reward you but we are more or less happy with the branding design we currently have. Note, we have created a logo typeface but not an actual logo, we would be open to ideas (but again this is not a priority). I am happy to answer any questions you may have. I have a good budget and am looking for somebody who can do a professional job. I would ideally like to have this completed by no later than next Tuesday or Wednesday.
