FULL Design and integration of a dating ADS site. (For Tolga Batuhan.)

Our idea is to create a geo classified ADS website but only for dating and our goal is to give to our clients the best ads content quality possible, for that we need a identity verification for everyone who wants to post a ADS to prevent scam attempt and kid using our site. We want to use Lara classified CMS and modify it to meet our requirements. We also need to make it looks like a popular dating site so we need a new design. Tolga Batuhan is going to do the FULL front-end design for all pages including member account pages, html, css, and integration to the Laraclassified CMS keeping it responsive (Compatible all devices). He is also going to do all step required in the documents except the PHP development in 15 days. Conditions to work with us: - You must work online and provide a URL the first day of we start the project to check daily update. - Do not take this project if you are overbooked because we need you full time even week days. - No delay! We pick a date and you are late i dispute and cancel the project. - We will deposit the full amount of the project but we will not release any milestone until the project is fully completed, bug free and when we are happy with it. Check carefully Lara classified and my project requirements and when you fully understand and agree to to do the project and price. I will not pay any extra for any reason if you got our idea and our requirements there is no reason to pay extra. Any functions that we forgot to mention to make it work like our requirements we will be not responsible since we are not developers. We are not beginners we already worked with many freelancers if you break any of this rules it will lead to a dispute. * Do not try to negotiate.
