Experienced web designer needed for Wordpress projects - NOT DEVELOPERS

I am seeking an experienced web designer to work on a per project basis. I have 2 projects coming up, if it goes well I would like this to be an ongoing relationship. You do NOT need to be a developer, I want FRONT END WEB DESIGNERS ONLY. I have great developers on my team already, so they will be here to help you as needed for more complex functionality changes. You need to have a GREAT eye for design. You will be mostly using themes and customizing the design to suite the project brief. You should have some HTML/CSS experience to customize the themes. You also need to be an expert in Wordpress. All the content, etc will be provided to you, along with a direction on the design style, with example sites, etc. It will be your job to shortlist 2-3 themes for my client to approve, then building the site out with the required content. I act as a project manager, so I will be here to guide you and provide feedback. But overall you should be able to work without too much input and supervision. If you have graphic design experience that is a huge plus, as every now and then we may require custom design for sites, which my developers can then convert to WP. The pay is per project and usually fixed, so after we get a project scope we will agree on the time/cost to complete it. Usually they will be in the $100-$500 USD range.
