Develop a social sharing website/app

You would need to create a new sharing platform to connect Seekers and hosts, who can share their experiences. We are keen to build a MVP (progressive web app) which we want to take to the market by Mid April 2018. At a high level the MVP will include: 1) Signup & Login (Including Signup with FB) 2) Host an event & experience (around 5 forms for the host to fill including payment). Host will have their own page 3) Seeker can search for an event based on location, interest, date, category and amount. All on maps. Once they identify they can then enroll for it. Depending on the number host sets, we should be able to accept ot put on hold any new request to join 4) Payment via escrow. We hold the payment in our account and release to host once seeker releases payment 5) Account and Profile 6) Leave a review and feedback 7) Host and seeker can upload photos, videos 8) Messaging app for seeker and host to talk to. They shouldnt be able to send mobile number or contact info or images 9) 3rd party CRM integration for us to reach people even using SMS Again all of these don't have to built custom and we would expect a good developer/company to use as many good open sources or frugal integration partners for these services We will create the designs, which would need to get converted to HTML & CSS by your team, developed and supported. If things go well, we will also engage you to support us (dont include that in the current quote).
