Design a T-Shirt

I am looking for a graphic designer to design t-shirts and who can do both typography and illustration designs. I will be looking to build a long term relationship and will have work regularly for this person. I will be looking for the designer to start with 3-4 designs a day for the beginning then after a period of time possibly 10+. I will pay $3-5 per design. Firstly I will be looking for you to do a test design to see if you are eligible. All designs made must never be a copy of someone else work and never use images or text that isn't allowed for commercial use. I will leave a lot of 5-star reviews so that you will be able to get jobs easier in the future and this is a long-term position. Once we have done the first batch of 100 – around 4 per day, we could continue if everything looks good. Your task will be pretty basic, I will send you ideas of t-shirts I want to make and you make them yourself in your own unique style. For example, I might send you a link of an already existing t-shirt and I would need you to be inspired by it and create a better version that is in your own creative style. I will leave a lot of 5* reviews so that you will be able to get jobs easier in the future I look forward to doing business with you! Please note: This is a work for hire position therefore any rights to the creative works are transferred over to me, and you will not receive credit or extra compensation/royalties other than the agreed upon hourly wage or fixed rate. You will be expected to create vector artwork and meet the following requirements for screen printing: ·Artwork must be submitted at actual size of finished product. ·All fonts must be converted to outlines/paths. ·All placed/linked images must be embedded or included separately. ·A color copy or jpg indicating cut should be submitted for reference. ·All spot colors should be specifically identified.
