Design A Corporate Portfolio/Brochure [Design Guidelines Very Clear]

We need to design a professional, modern, and neat corporate portfolio/brochure for a big construction company dealing with glass, aluminium, and steel works. The company operates in different countries and it undertakes big projects like malls, high-rise buildings, large hotels, resorts, universities, etc. as well as smaller projects like residential buildings, villas, or stores. We want to have a clean and neat design for the portfolio. Design guidelines would follow the current website's design that is currently in progress. All we need is to translate the same design concept and look-and-feel to the portfolio and prepare a print-ready InDesign file. Portfolio Structure (Based on the corporate copy): - Front and Back Cover - About Section: ---- Overview ---- History ---- Team & Partners ---- Vision ---- Mission ---- Values, Policies, & Quality Assurance - Services Section: ---- Overview ---- Service 1: Manufacturing and Provision ---- Service 2: Design and Visualization ---- Service 3: Contracting & Installation - Products Section: ---- Overview ---- Glass & Glazing Products ---- Aluminium products ---- Steel and stainless steel products ---- Aluminium composite panels (ACP) - Projects Section: ---- Introduction ---- Projects List (Mainly Visual, no much text needed here) - Locations & Contact Info Total number of sheets would be around: 9-12 sheets (18-24 pages) including front and back covers as well as pages with just large photos. Design Guidelines: - Large stock photos of glazed buildings + glass and metal structures. - Integration of some of the company's high-res photos - White spaces with large titles and neat text (Fonts to be used: Montserrat Full Font Family with focus on light weights + Crimson Text Regular Italic) - White, Blue, Dark Blue, Gray, Dark Gray Colors With A Yellow Accent. - A4 Portrait - 300DPI - CMYK Colors - InDesign File. Once we agree on working together, we'll share more details and we will mainly provide the following: - Detailed corporate copy to be integrated within the portfolio. - New website's design and the detailed design guidelines. - Company's high res photos that could be integrated. - Few Stock Photos to be integrated as well (More stock photos needed could be provided by us or by the designer) The project is a bit urgent. We need to present a first draft with at least the cover design, about section, and projects section in 2 days from now [On Thursday afternoon before 2:00pm (GMT+2 time)]. Then we'll work in phases (2 or 3). No much revisions would be needed if guidelines are correctly applied. Please note that what's very important to us is to eventually have a final clean InDesign file fully ready to print. (But not necessarily for the first draft).
