Customize pre-purchased wordpress themes

I work with customers to take pre-purchased wordpress themes from [login to view URL] and customize them to their needs. You will need to have lots of experience with the following: -Wordpress -PHP -HTML -CSS3 -Photoshop (graphic design capabilities) -has the ability to learn how to work within different theme frameworks (it has been my experience that different theme creators have completely different ways of accomplishing the same thing) Other helpful experience: -WooPress -Video integration -Social media integration I am looking to create a more long-term relationship where I could feed projects occasionally to a secondary developer when I get busy. You would need to give documentation of changes made to the theme with helpful notes so I could explain to the customer. I will try and give very detailed good instructions from my end so you understand the scope of the project. ->->I am looking for someone with a good grasp of the English language (you need to be able to write in a way that sounds like natural American English). I need someone who is comfortable adapting to the themes limitations on the fly if necessary and then noting the changes they've made. An example of this from a recent project. The slider I was creating looked horrible when viewed on a mobile phone due to how the responsive feature of Revolution slide was working. I had to adapt the marketing message to fit a mobile phone for each slide and figure out how to keep the message the same but using less words. I want to hire someone I can trust to make these changes and keep me in the loop. This happens OFTEN when customizing Wordpress themes. This is why being able to write English like an American is SO important. I have included a PDF of the specific requirements for this project. I am still waiting for some content from the client, but there is plenty to begin work.
