Creating a spinning vector / film

I am creating a film / video work, where I would present a spinning download vector that would look like an handmade Japanese Zen circle - ENSO. The idea is very simple. I need a film with these elements: white background with a zen - circle, that would spin around on the screen (like a dowload vector would do on the computer). I would like that the vector would look like someone would be painting the zen circle by hand. I would like the vector would look look like on image attached named: enso-featured.png.
