Build a Website

I am looking to have a directory/marketplace website built that is similar to [login to view URL] but with a few different features. I would need it to be responsive and SEO optimized. I need for it to have a few payment options for yearly paid subscriptions. I would also need for it to be user friendly so that someone without technical skills could make changes and updates once it is built. I could provide a couple of reference website addresses if needed Certain features that I would like: Member/Login area Site would be searchable to find services in a specific city/area Members (both hosts and guests) would be required to confirm a valid email address before registration would be considered complete. Hosts would be able to create a listing (Free listings would have limited character space to describe their business) that would require approval by the site owner before being published Paid hosts would have more character space to describe their service/product. Ability to add video and more pictures than a free listing. Ability to offer coupons/discounts (which will be indicated somehow on their listing) The home page would need to load a rotation of featured (paid) listings each time it loads. I would need a tab dedicated to blogging about subjects related to the site Members would have the ability to favorite or save a listing to their member account. Host accounts would be able to track and show hosts traffic coming from the directory. I do have a couple reference websites if needed for reference. Maps would appear with each opened listing.
