Build a fantasy sports website

Site needs to be able to allow the master user/commissioner to load a spreadsheet with a list of players and values for each player. Master user needs to be able to add, delete, edit through a screen as well. Commissioner needs to be able to create userid/passwords for individual users. Home screen will allow users to select which sport they want to create a lineup for. Once they make their selection and continue to next screen, the next screen will populate with all the sports they selected with all the players available to be drafted and their assigned value and a couple of other details for the player. Each sport will have a separate list of players, but users can select any player from any sport to their team. Each user will have a salary cap, which can be adjusted by the commissioner at any time. Allow users to select players and add to their list of players/team. Allow users to delete players from their list of players/team. Allow users to submit their line up only if team value is below salary cap, with a confirmation screen that says once submitted no changes are allow for this lineup. Once lineup is submitted, it is stored in a database provided with godaddy webhosting. Allow users to view current lineups and their past history of lineups. We need to be able to create reports/email alerts for all players selected and the value they were selected for. (kind of like how draftkings does % of users that drafted the same player).
