Build a cloud mining and advertising MLM platform

The concept is all in BTC. - Members buy packages for 0.005BTC. For the purchase they get some advertising credits, and earn some variable returns based on the mining we are doing in the background. - It will be a cloud mining site (mining done with a 3rd party and eanrings distributed) and will also offer some advertising features The cloud mining is simple. Members' buy packages, and then they get paid for that package per day based on mining income (i would need to be able to set mining income for the day based on real BTC coming in from mining. Say we make .5 BTC for the day, then I can add the .5 BTC and that income is distributed to all the members who own packages and have watched their ads (as below) PLUS: - Can you build a traffic exchange, login ads and a few banner ad options? This portion would be much like an advertising Rev-share, and members will only get paid for mining income, if they watch their ads. My site would need to be stylish in design and professional. Visually with moving full width banner image designs featuring both crypto currency images (graphs coins arrows mining, etc. + a focus on the advertising benefits of the site here is a combination of the 2 examples for design i like below.
