Hello everyone,
I cannot do it myself because of time shortage.
I need a beautiful resposive wordpress system with this function ( i dont care much about the frontpage or the graphics, but the usuability):
There are several appartments with photos, videos, google maps and availability (make 2-3 examples)
[login to view URL] appartment has an owner and some responsible partners (technicians, cleaning etc) per region.
[login to view URL] appartments can be all seen on a page with a map and/or a list.
3. There are 5 potential user roles: Admin, Managers, Owners, Tentants, Partners ( you can use WPFront User Role Editor or any other solution)
Managers can change availabilities etc both from the frontend and backend
Owners can change on each of their appartment: the availability, the photos & videos, the power, water and gas upper use limit (i dont want the functionality, just the field and an on/off button, later there will be a graph by a sensor system on each appartments page where you will control and see the usage). Also owner can press a button to call the responsible partner ( for cleaning, technitian, breakfast or transportation i i just want the buttons)
Tentants can book (and bind for more days if they want) an appartment. Also they can press a button to call the responsible partner ( for cleaning, technitian, breakfast or transportation ) as long as they are using the appartment in the current date and time. They will also see the graph of energy use and the limit later.
Partners can register and set their service range (it would be good to be seen on the map with a circle)
I need that setted up, with known plugins or custom, but I do not want to pay each month. It should be setted once. Max budget per month 4$ for this system.

After that there are some extra projects to work on that so I' m willing for a long term relationship with some wordpress expert.
