Bettingwebsite Account/Chat/Coinflip against the website

Hey! Im looking for someone that can create a betting website with baasic accounts, chat and a coinflip gamemode. I want to pay you to do more gamemodes in the furture if the job is done well. So how does the coinflip works? The player has a 50/50 chance of wining choosen amount against the website. So a little flip animation with the logo of the house on one side and a profile picture from the player on the other. The side that lands upwords wins. Chat: I want the chat to be clean and stylish. Also i want it to be a bot that randomly choose a number from 1-1000 every 30min. If a player guess the right number within 3 tries. He winns 1000 coins. This bot should be able to be controlled on/off by an admin. Account: I want the account information to be Email ofc, Phone number, Last & First name and then password. Deposit/Withdraw: I need a ticket page for the admins. 1. The player comes to the deposit page and fills in "Amount of coins he/she wants to deposit." 2. The player confirms and send the ticket away 3. An admin checks the Ticket page thats only viewable by the admins. And he checks the information in the payment, so the same email/phone number is matching the account. 4. The admin confirms the ticket and once its confirmed the player automaticly get the coins it payed for. (i also want phonenumber & paypal email to be shown on the ticket creator(where the player should send the money) Same system with the withdraw. I have a low budget, thats why i only choose a simple coinflip animation. //David
