Website Created, Shopping Cart, Paypal payment, Graphics - Joomla

Looking for the following - I make small woodworking items like Doll Furniture and other woodworking crafts. I want a website to display my work, talk about it, and show the world and see if anybody is interested in buying any of my pieces. So I need. Website Creation - Joomla template Blog, Forums, Links, User account to login and post, review products, shopping cart with paypal checkout, photos of items, plans on how I created the items. However I plan to sell the items as well and also a paid downloading of woodworking PDF plans. Along with the site, buttons to FB, Pintrest, Twitter, Google + etc. I plan to buy a domain name and get a hosting site soon, and well think of a domain name. I have used siteground for hosting in the past. I will need help uploading the site and making sure any templates and extenstions are installed and tested. A Graphic or 2 for the homepage. I will have photos of the items for you to use on products and shoping cart pages. I am thinking in the $250 range or so on price. I will be gone for a few day so won't be able to answer any questions until next week. Using Freelancer in the past, speaking English is a must.
