Need Creative Experienced Graphic Designer

We are looking for an experienced graphic designer to create social media banners for Google+ Cover, Facebook Timeline, and Twitter background that establish branding and / or match existing branding for social media marketing. We are looking for someone that can provide creative graphics with a quick turnaround time. Since we offer web design to our clients, as well as, marketing it could very well lead to web design work as well as we want a consistent brand. What we're looking for is a package price for the three banners. Although sizes are different based on the site it will be posted to, the overall look and feel should be consistent across them all so in effect it is more like 3 versions of 1 banner. There are templates that can be downloaded from the following urls that show safe zones and there are brief articles about best practices. This is what we want followed. Please provide a single url for your portfolio. If you do not have a portfolio then create a single image of your samples, size doesn't matter.
