Design a Facebook page and 10.000 real fans

Hello, We are looking for a person to create and design a Facebook page and then provide us real fans/members. Requirements: 1. Looking for someone that has good knowledge of Facebook pages design. We need drive target from TURKEY and NORWAY to the fan facebook [login to view URL] designer must be able to create unique eycaching, graphics . 2. I need targeted facebook LIKES/FANS active fans for my facebook like page and groups followers from the target countries listed above. 1. All Fans must be real people 2 Target interest keywords : Frozen yogurt, stevia frozen yogurt, Frozen desert 4. All fans must push our Like button 5. All fans must be active and have real status updates that go back maximum of 15 days. 6. All fans must have at least 50 friends or more, profiles must be at least 20 days old. 7. All Accounts MUST be REAL Facebook accounts with at least 50 friends. 8. All accounts must have at least 2 photos. 9. ABSOLUTELY NO fans with profiles promoting pornographic,adult, dating, gambling, illegal or youth endangering sites of ANY nature. 10. Methods to getting fans must NOT get the fan page banned. 11. NO FAKES, NO BOTS, NO BLACK HAT! NO SPAM! 12. All Fans should be acquired gradually over a period of time, not immediately 13. I need accounts that will not be Banned for too fast friend adding If any account is Banned within 14 Days You Will Not BE Paid. 14. I ll create %25 initial milestone, the remaining 75% will be paid 10 days after completion. Please send me a proposal that include 1.
