Property Management Website

We are a property management company based in San Francisco, Toronto and Hong Kong . We would like to have a new brand imaging and looking for talented web designer to build our website from scratch. The idea is to have you design a site that is clean modern and simple (color palette – white, gray and gold ) 2. There should be 8 pages ( Home, About, Owner, Tenants, Developers, Realtors, Blog, Contact Us) 3. The page should be translated into the following languages – English, Chinese ( simplified / traditional ), Russian, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese ( This can be done later – for now I like the page to be strictly in English) 4. I want it to be hosted in a platform where I can easily edit the information myself later. 5. I need it to be connected to different forms of social media including facebook, twitter, instagram, pinterest etc… 6. I like the sliding photos - would like to have it replaced with photos of our own ( such as our rental properties, images found online for site visits to visit in San Francisco, Toronto or Hong Kong. b. I like layout of the entire webpage ( it needs the content of what the first webpage looks like from Dash Property Management) Please contact and post your bid for this project .
