Website Graphic Design from Existing Concept

We had a designer build a landing site concept for us (attached). I would like to have a new designer carry this graphic theme through the rest of our website located at [login to view URL]\r\n\r\nThe current layout of the pages on the website will remain the same. We are not looking to rearrange the layout. For example, there are areas with tabs that will remain in roughly the same area of the page. We are simply looking for a refresh of the current graphics that matches the landing page concept.\r\n\r\nThis project includes all the inner page graphic design. These are the primary items:\r\n1 - Using the attached landing page file design concept as a template for the rest of the site\r\n2 - Adding a \"Recent Investments\" section to the landing page, which will be our new home page\r\n3 - Redesign the inner page graphics including Invest, Resources, About, Contact, FAQ\\\'s\r\n4 - Redesign the pop up window forms\r\n5 - Redesign the user preferences section\r\n\r\nI have attached a couple screen shots of parts of the site that will be redesigned to give you a better idea about the project.
