Improve Resolution of Brochure Front and Back

Attached is a brochure that a freelancer designed for me... it includes the Front and Back of a 8.5-inch x 11-inch tri-fold (the folded brochure measures 3.66 inches x 8.5 inches). Unfortunately, the designer gave me something that was too low resolution for a sharp looking brochure. The printed brochure came out very fuzzy, and not sharp as I had hoped. The designer was limited by the fact that I gave him low resolution pictures. However, I have read on many Internet websites that someone with the right skill and software programs can convert low resolution images to high resolution images. I have supplied the images that I gave to him, and then you will have to improve their resolution as required. The designer gave me his work in jpg, so I cannot give it to you in any other format. You will have to basically reconstruct the Front and Back, using the same text, shapes, and colors. After you submit the final version to me, I would like to change just a couple of small items, but these will be very small revisions. Please submit your final product (Front and Back) in pdf format.
