I need some Graphic Design

This isn't just a specific job but more of a position where I can hire a freelancer to do consistent work for my company. I currently have 2 brochures to design so I have something right away. Overall we need designs done for business cards, brochures, flyers, t-shirts, logos, vector conversion, etc. We need turnaround times of 2 days at the latest. Needs to know how to design for print. Freelancer needs to also have a library of stock photos to fall back on as most customers dont supply photos. Would prefer a single freelancer over a company but willing to go against that as long as the back and forth between the manager and artist does not delay production. While placing a bid I would like to see flat rates you feel are fair towards a specific project like a double sided brochure, logo, shirt design , etc.. I charge my customers flat rates as well and will make the ROI transparent. I will hire based on your rates as well as your portfolio samples. When project is done will need the working files to put through production. 50% down and final payment when finished. Would like to then transition to paying via paypal for quick easy payments.
