Logo Design for My Company

Hello, I am looking for someone to design a new corporate logo for my company. My company is called BetterBusy, which is short for 'Better Business Systems'. We work to help other businesses grow through enhancing their web presence with website development, e-commerce applications, social media and a variety of specialized marketing plans. I like the colors green (symbolizing growth and money) and blue (symbolizing loyalty and wisdom). I also like the colors yellow/orange (for joy, energy, excitement) and even gray. I like the idea of using a US dollar sign ($) for the 'S' in "BetterBusy", making it "BetterBu$y". This helps clients see that we are focused on making their business more successful (and making them more money). I am looking for something that can be used on multiple platforms, including my website, letterhead, brochures, business cards, banner ads, t-shirts, etc. I need the logo on a transparent background so it can be used in multiple locations. The file needs to be large enough that it can be displayed on large surfaces like a t-shirt or full page advertisement without looking fuzzy. I need the image to be created in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator. I also need all photoshop, illustrator, image files (jpeg, png, etc) so that if I need to make changes in the future, I can do so. I have attached two version of logos that I have tried to use. I am looking for an experienced designer and would appreciate any samples of previous work that you can show me. I am fine with setting up milestone payments if needed, but cannot make full payment until I receive work that is satisfactory to what I have mentioned above.
