Graphic Design Artwork for Vehicle Wrap

I need a graphic artist to create a sweet logo that implements [login to view URL] This logo will go on the side of our van. I am getting a sticker/wrap for my van and need some graphic artwork help. Attached is some basic ideas and the actually van itself. I want the "[login to view URL]" to be cool font in white and suround it with some wavy, splashing liquid like a beer is being splashed out of a pint glass from the front of the van. (shows great pop/contrast - 2 Colors / Beer Amber and white or lighter color for website). It will end up being about 10 feet long by 1 foot wide or so. So maybe even have a pint glass zoomed in and just the top of it and then the liquid splashing from the front of van to back and the website is in this liquid in white text). So have the beer an amber color or darker ale like Mac and Jaks African amber beer and then the website pops in white. Attached are some beer pics. (something like the bottom beer splashing out) Let me know what you can whip out to give the liquid effect to surround the website text. Should be a easy text/splash project and looking to pay $25 for the selected final design/logo. Cheers!
