Wanting to open up a group home for disabled young adults ranging from age 18- 50 with variant degrees of cognitive and or physical disabilities which might be limiting them at home and causing difficulties within families. The program is geared towards males and females within the framework of client centered care, consisting of supports designed to further develop basic skills to normalize the responsibilities of independence and adulthood. Starting with a 3 bedroom home, the home will be fully staffed with healthcare aids with specialities in caring for such a vulnerable sector.
