Google Analytics Data Analyst Expert Needed

We have just updated and rolled out a new theme on our WordPress site. The site has been up since the mid-2000s and is very trusted. It's in the dating/sex market.
Since updating to a cleaner, faster and more secure theme, we've experienced a massive drop in traffic (30-40% drop) sitewide. Rankings dropped in Google almost immediately. Bounce rate is up, time on page is down. Everything is worse across the entire site basically.
We're looking for a Google Analytics/Data analytics expert with an amazing track record and several years experience to help us understand our Google Analytics data and help:
1. Look at GA stats and the site to see what might be wrong. Critical errors, etc. I've audited the site with aHrefs and have cleaned up over 400+ errors so far.
2. Give us advice on what to change to improve bounce rate/time on page (list of to-dos)
3. Look at Google search console and try to figure out why traffic dropped so much when theme changed
We haven't rolled the theme back, because this has happened twice before and we don't want to continue rolling back to an outdated broken theme.
