The second chapter will be entitled "Online Business Models" and it will come right after the "Online Business Essentials" chapter The premise of this chapter is to introduce to the aspiring entrepreneur the many online business models that are available that they can choose from to start an online business. You will explain each online business model in detail. Explaining what it is, how to go about doing it, what is needed to get started, what it takes to succeed and examples. Here the online business models that will be discussed: 1)Advertising Model – Usually based around a content based website or selling advertising space in an ezine or some sort of online newsletter. 2) Services Model – offering services as a consultant, freelancer, coaching etc. 3)Membership Model – subscription based where you receive recurring payments for access to information, software, coaching, deals etc. 4)Affiliate Model – You can become an affiliate marketer and promote other people products and services and receive a commission when a sale occurs or when you generate traffic to a merchant's site. 5) Selling Physical Products Model -You can sell physical goods or digital goods on your website or you can tap into a network of buyers on Amazon, Ebay and Etc. Information Products Model - Turn your expertise to an information product or simply create "How To" products on various subject.
