Move and assemble furniture and accessories

My name's Lucy and I’m the founder of a new business called awol pods, we hire/retail wellness pod installations to commercial sites, mainly offices. I’ve attached an image of our installation for reference. We’re currently looking for a logistics partner to help both transport to locations and install the pod and accessories once on site. This is generally within the M25 however on this occasion we have a request for a little further afield. The pod (in flat pack form) and accessories need to be collected from one office (in Hayes UB3 1HA) and taken to an office in Nottingham (postcode unavailable at the moment). The job would need 2 men who could help to install the pod once on site in Nottingham. The only tool needed is a standard Allen key and we would provide all install instructions. The flat packed furniture and accessories would come in the form of: 3 removal bags filled with wooden panels: each 2m long, 40cm wide, 15cm deep. 1 loose wooden base ring: 150cm diameter 1 base cushion in casing: 150cm diameter 1 bag of scatter cushions: 80cmx80cmx50cm 1 bag of felt fabric panels: 150cm long x 50cm wide x 10cm deep 4 x plants in pots The total weight of the pod once installed is 88kg. We don’t have any dates in mind as we’re just getting a quote for an interested customer at this stage. Thanks, Lucy
