Flutter Web App: Read and Edit CSV

A simple flutter web app needs to be developed. Overview: The app should allow a user to upload a CSV file. These fields from the CSV file will be displayed on a PageView, and will be editable. After making edits, the file can be saved. Details: The CSV file will be large with 100+ rows. Make sure the app loads the file before users can edit the data. The first screen will allow a user to upload a CSV file. Upon uploading it will take user to second screen. The second screen will host a PageView, each page will be scrollable horizontally. Each page will contain data from one row of the CSV. The data will be displayed in text fields as follows: "name" on top, "desc" below it, "body" below it. See attached image for layout. The labels will be in a drop down selection list. By default the label fields will contain the default value loaded from data, but it can be changed according to unique values in the entire column. There will be a save button that will save the values, and allows users to save the edited CSV file. Only the labels can be changed by users. Time frame: 1 week.
