Flash Quiz With Random Select Question From Access Database

Flash Developer need to help me to create a flash quiz,

the quiz question should load from access database, so a backend simple program to create question is need, the question in 2 type, one is selection A,B,C,D and another one is math type question which need to fill in. like 1+_=3

then the flash will randomly load these question, the quiz in 3 level : beginner, medium , advance which only different from the time user need to answer the question.

The flash should have animation at background when user answer the question : there should have a monkey climb a tree, user need to answer 4 question in one quiz test, if user success answer any 1 of the 4 question, the monkey will jump and climb the tree from left to right in case to get the banana, if user fail on any 1 of 4 of the question, the monkey will fall down and a crocodile in the river will eat it.
