Flash Intro + header

I need a flash intro for a site and a flash header.
The intro (about 500x350 px) is about 10-20 seconds at the most. I want the look of the old movie beginning where there is a count down in the circle 5,4,3,2,1. I am attaching a jpg so you know what I mean. (the animation needs to be grayish color. the image is just to give you an idea). It needs to look a little scratchy like old movie screen look. After the sequence a logo loads. You creative input in how to load the logo is important. The whole thing WILL have a "Skip intro" from the start.
I also need a header (650x100) that pretty much uses the same countdown maybe inside a tv screen to the left of the banner with the tv a bit angled. The animation needs to be much shorter (maybe 5-10 seconds at the most) and then the logo loads.
Please provide samples of your work (preferably links).
If this works I will have more work (Flash, php+mysql, cold fusion)
