Web site redesign?

I have the files in Macromedia for a web site that was designed last year and needs to be upgraded. All of the copy and information is intact and could be uploaded, but I would like the format to change to include more flash, my music, video,and photography samples. I am a multimedia project manager and able to market web site design, development and online services and would like to use the [login to view URL] as my resource to do the projects. Now, I need some help putting all the information together that will impress small, medium and large clients when I direct them to our website or brochure, which I will produce once the site is complete. I am willing to committ to an association with whoever can produce the image, look and feel that I need to sell the High dollar projects that I want to go after. Today, I downloaded a flash content supplier off of this site, Inovartis, that had some interesting visuals. I want the site to reflect not only the business side of the company but have a section that will reflect my personal "renaissance" life choices, such as "professional musician", professional pilot, professional cinematopher and videographer, writer, multimedia project manager, business developer and owner, and consultant. Please, only individuals or businesses with the "vision" and ability to collobrate on multiple projects and have a proven track record to prove it, need bid on this project.
