Indian Restuarant Website

I need a website done for an upmarket indian cuisine restaurant. Design has to be contemporary with a slick eastern look and feel. Soft rich eastern colors, think maroon, beige, gold, navy blue, etc. Website will include pages for: (opening splash image/flash will be needed) 1) about > overview & history of the restuarant 2) restuarant photo gallery> this should be a CMS type system whereby the resturant guys can upload pictures with captions and it should be resized to thumbnails and able to enlarge in a new window (auto image resizer script) 3) celebrity page: just like the photogallery, only here they'll upload celebrities who have dined there. 4) Menu - this is a bit tricky: menu is split in various categories: ie. starters, soups, etc. each menu should be a category. Each category will have 1 to 3 images, and the ability to add dishes through a backend page. eg. 1. Chicken Dish (title) - spicy chicken dish with vegetables(paragraph below title) each dish should have a list number so we can shuffle the order later on. 5) Contact page, basic contact page. The way i see it, the Contact, About, pages should be handled by a WSIWYG editor in the backend. In order for me to choose a provider, you should send me a sample layout and how you would accomplish the html/coding. I'm happy to pay up to $200 and if its done to my clients satisfaction, additional $50 bonus. WILL NEED JPEG LAYOUT SAMPLES BEFORE MONDAY EVENING. if i choose yours, and my client is happy with the initial design then we begin on Thursday and will need it complete within a week. The MENU, i will add in the various dishes, only need you to setup the backend.
