Flash / Web Designers Needed

I have a few websites (1 up right now and a few more on the way) I will also be starting a web design company soon. I have experience with Dremweaver, Flash and Fireworks and I need someone who I can have to work for me. Since I have experience in web, graphic and flash design I will be able to give you very specific jobs. For flash files that I want you to create, I will give you all graphics to be in them and create a template for you to look at, this way it should be easy for you to create the flash file, you just need to follow the instructions I lay out. For other web design projects I will also be giving templates and specific instructions.. basically I will do all that I can to make your job as easy and efficient as possible. The current project I need worked on is a product ad. The most difficult part is that I want this picture of a wave to move (I have started this myself, it is done by erasing parts of the picture and stringing them together like an animation) other than that, everything is basic flash. Please bid on an estimate of what this type of job would cost. Thanks
