Flash Intros/Splash Pages

I am looking for two 20/30 second Flash intro animations one for a building construction website the other for a truck parts site. The building site: The intro should be neat and clean simply showing a house being built from scratch. The opening scene should just show an empty area of grass, the foundations of the house then go on. The ground floor is built, floors, walls, ceiling etc The first floor is built, The roof goes up and the loft room is built. I want the whole animation to be very simple and have an drawn animation effect instead of a real life portrayal. This is a new, young company which has completed some astounding work and we want that new fresh feel to come through on this website. The animated house should be 3D when it is being built. I have found a website which shows a similar structure to what I require for this animation however it is way too detailed for what we require.([login to view URL]). I do not want to show any material in the house (like chairs and tables) I want it to be like a model home, with a kitchen and a bathroom on every floor. I am looking for pure creativity here. It is a fairly simple animation but it has the potential to look very unique especially for a construction company. The whole layout, look and feel of the animation will be left up to the designer, it should be clean and have a natural feel. The opening scene should show loads of different truck parts which then fly together in animation and form a truck which then drives off the screen. I want the animation to be very simple all the truck parts will have to be drawn as I want this to have an animated effect but I still want it to keep its professional look. That is the tricky part making something that looks like a cartoon look professional. I am looking for pure creativity here.
