Three Flash Banner Ads

I am looking for a designer with a quality portfolio to develop three banner ads in Flash for two different websites. The size and site are below: Leaderboard (728x90) [login to view URL] Skyscraper (120x600) [login to view URL] Vertical Banner (120x240 ) [login to view URL] The ads must be very attractive and catchy, but not obnoxious. The winning bidder must display similar work (portfolio) prior to selection. All text and graphics are left to your creativity however should use the "themes" associated with the site. The two that use the same website can be similar in design to each other. We require the SWF files during the design process. These will be shared with the decision makers and then we will communicate changes back to you. Upon final completion, we require the complete FLA and SWF files. We will hold all copyrights, modification rights, and distribution rights. Do not attempt to contact us in any way other than the message board on this website. The finished ads should be available for first-draft review within 3 days of bidder selection. Final perfected ads must all three be available within 7 days of bidder selection.
