Creative assistant/social media management - Experienced in Luxury Fashion

I am the designer at Bouguessa, and I am looking for a freelancer to help me manage our social media and newsletters: Creative assistant list of tasks: • Design 3 to 4 newsletters and 2 to 3 Press Releases per month using the templates available in accordance with the communication plan. Come up with short copy for each NL. • Planning and scheduling social media content for Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest: - 3 insta feed posts / day (posted at 3 different times to reach different audiences/times zones) - 3 to 4 insta story posts / day - Post same content on facebook with adapted pictures size - Post same content on Pinterest in respective boards. • Manage Bouguessa website by updating the home page image monthly, entering new products, pictures, product descriptions, pricing and inventory. • Design social media ads for facebook and Instagram and optimise the audience targeting and ads design depending on our goals. 6th to 15th for the next month Newsletter design Confirm templates and products images, and design 2to3 NL and 2to3 PR for the next month. Schedule on Mailchimp once confirmed. 15th to 20th for the next month Social Media Calendar Design 92 insta/fb story posts and 90 insta/fb feed posts. (3 insta feed/day & 4 insta story and facebook 5 times a week). Enter all info in Social Media Calendar. 21st to 23rd Social Media Scheduling Schedule the insta feed posts. 23rd to 25th for the next month Design ads Design Instagram ads and facebook ads on photoshop and get approval from Faiza. 25th to 30th for the next month Schedule Ads Once approved, schedule Instagram and facebook ads via facebook ads manager.
