Secure contact information from the web

I require someone to secure contact and email data from the Internet. This will be for architects, landscape architects, and lighting designers in the United Sates and Canada. You will be required to do Google searches for the top 100 metro areas in the USA (I will supply the list) for each of these categories. Once you are there your will need to supply as many email addresses as you can find (not including "webmaster"). In addition to this you will need to supply the following contact information (from the site data):Contact first name, contact last name, email address Company name, company address, company city, company state, company postal code, Company country, Web address. I will pay on a unique email address basis PLEASE PUT IN YOUR QUOTE REQUEST HOW MUCH YOU WILL CHARGE PER UNIQUE EMAIL ADDRESS. Our research shows there are between 200,000 and 300,000 unique email addresses in these categories. How many can you find? These will need to be placed in an excel (or preferably a Access database) - I can provide the template. I am open to manual searches (You do a Google search and cut and paste the information) I am open to a robot/worm script if you can convince me your will get clean data according to my criteria. Please quote on a per unique email basis (cent per record)
